Our mind is what drives our body. Planning and goal setting is key to success. Mindfulness exercises include work around determining your true passion and interests, then designing a plan with definite measures and timelines, to achieve it.

Deliverable: SMART goals for the next 1, 3, 6 or 12 months

Goal Setting:

You are most productive when you have a goal. Together we will craft goals that are SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-focused. AND that inspire you.


We aren’t Pollyanna, but DO encourage a “can do” attitude. Life is about experimentation and learning from those experiments. There is no “bad” or “wrong”. There are lessons and we all have them. The determining factor in success is whether we learn from them and use those learnings to improve our lives.

Stress Management, Anxiety and Depression:

These are elements in everyone’s life, at various points. We will review your history with each and determine if they are current barriers to meeting your goals. If so, we will discuss ways to minimize their impact.

We will stretch your mind to think beyond your current state; to consider what you can be with our mindfulness exercises. Ultimately we will help you set goals for a future date and stay accountable.

We have completed our work when you have a specific plan that brings a glow to your face and we’ve determined how to reach that goal.

Body Care

Health first. Small changes can have big results. Our aim is more energy to live your life via a more fit body. Both diet and training are essential.


You must have clarity of mind to achieve your goals. Mindfulness starts with SMART goal setting, and resilience re-training for stress and obstacle management.
